How to use it
- →Expand the day columns to cover the wage period before circulating.
- →The muster roll is maintained by the contractor; the principal employer retains oversight duties and residual liability.
- →Keep the completed roll available for production — failure to produce a prescribed register is generally an offence in its own right.
Before you rely on it
Form 25 is prescribed under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Central Rules, 1971. State rules prescribe their own numbered forms with their own particulars. This layout is a working starting point, not a certified statutory form.
When the spreadsheet stops scaling
A template is the right answer until the reconciliation between sheets costs more than the sheets save. Workclave records the same data as work happens, applies your policy automatically, and produces the register, the payroll input and the client hours statement from one source.
