Small team, whole problems
Nobody here owns a slice of a feature. You take a problem from the customer conversation through to the release note, and you keep it after it ships.
We ship in public
Every release lands in a dated changelog and the roadmap says what we have not started. That constraint is deliberate: it stops us promising work we have not planned.
Evidence over assertion
We do not put a number on this website we cannot show the working for. The same standard applies internally — decisions come with the data or the reasoning that produced them.
