How to use it
- →One row per department or team per day. For a whole-company report use a single row and the total line becomes the company figure.
- →Present + work from home + on leave + absent + half day should equal total headcount; if it does not, someone was counted twice or missed.
- →Keep the remarks column for anything a reader will ask about — an unexplained absent count generates a follow-up email either way.
- →File the daily reports by month; the monthly attendance sheet is the per-employee view of the same data.
