What counts as a user?
Anyone who can sign in to record or approve a session. People you only share an exported report with are not users and are not billed.
What happens when I add a fourth user on Free?
The free plan covers 3 users. Adding a fourth moves the workspace to Pro and billing starts for every active user from that point. Nothing is deleted and no session history is lost.
Is there an annual billing option?
Billing is monthly today, charged per active user, and we do not have an annual discount. If you need an annual invoice or a purchase order for procurement, write to hello@mecverse.com and we will arrange it.
How is tax handled?
Listed prices exclude tax. Indian customers are charged GST at the prevailing rate on top of the listed price; EU customers are charged VAT. Your tax ID can be added to the invoice from billing settings.
Is there a trial, and how long?
There is no trial clock. The free plan does not expire and needs no card, so you can run real sessions with up to 3 people for as long as you like before paying for anything.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from billing settings at any time. There is no notice period and no lock-in. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export everything before and after.
What happens to my data after I cancel?
It is kept for a short grace period so you can take a final export, then permanently deleted from production systems and backups. The retention window is set out on the security page.
