Attendance register
Read the monthly attendance register, understand each code and export it as CSV or PDF.
Where to find it
Go to Reports and scroll to the Attendance register panel. It shows one row per person and one column per day of the current month.
What each code means
| Code | Name | Rule |
|---|---|---|
| P | Present | The person logged work that day. |
| LT | Late | Present, but a session started after the shift start plus grace. Counts as present. |
| HD | Half day | Less than 4 hours logged that day. Today is not marked HD. |
| L | Leave | An approved leave request covers the day. |
| H | Weekend or holiday | A Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday from Settings → Holidays. |
| A | Absent | A past working day with no work and no leave. |
- | Not yet | A day that has not happened yet. |
Counting rules
- A session waiting for approval counts for attendance. A rejected session does not.
- Saturdays and Sundays always show H, whatever your work week setting.
- Hours worked on a weekend or holiday still count in the person's total hours.
Export the register
- Go to Reports.
- Optional: choose a department in the list at the top.
- Click Export register.
- Click Download CSV or Download PDF.
- The CSV is named like
attendance-register-2026-10.csv. It has Employee, one column per day, then the totals P, A, L, H, HD and LT. - The PDF is a landscape page with one line per person and a legend of the codes.
Export the register before the month ends. The Reports page shows only the current month.
